Assessment information

A thoughtful first conversation, when the service is ready.

The planned assessment helps the academy understand a learner's starting point, goals, preferences, and suitable schedule before recommending a learning path.

Planned experience

What the guided assessment will include.

  1. 1

    Parent-led request

A guardian will share only the approved minimum information about the learning goal and availability.

  2. 2

    Academy qualification

An authorized team member will review the request before any teacher receives access.

  3. 3

    Suitable time options

Up to three eligible times will be proposed in the family's selected time zone.

  4. 4

    Approved recommendation

After the meeting, the parent will receive a reviewed level summary and recommended next step.

Before booking opens

Four gates must be complete.

  • A named safeguarding lead, deputy, and jurisdictional escalation route
  • Reviewed privacy, terms, safeguarding, cancellation, and assessment policies in both languages
  • Approved teachers who have completed the required verification and training gates
  • A tested booking, support, incident, and synthetic safeguarding-drill process

Why there is no waitlist form

Collecting family or child details before there is an approved purpose, retention rule, response owner, and protected workflow would create avoidable risk. The safer foundation is to explain the journey first and enable the form only with the complete service.

Need to report a safeguarding concern?

The protected concern channel is not active because teaching and enrollment are not open. No minor pilot may begin until the channel and response team are operational. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
